Douglas Wayne Cook, age 75, passed away July 30, 2013 in Hilo, Hawaii. He was born on April 1, 1938 to the late Van and Nell Cook in Mineral Springs, AR. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years.
Survivors include one brother: Don Cook and wife Mikki of Keaau, Hawaii, one aunt: Josephine Weems of Oden, AR.
Douglas was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Brushy Cemetery in Oden. Arrangements were under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home in Mt. Ida, AR.
